The partnership was formalized with the signing of a memorandum during an investment forum held on October 10, 2025, in Aydarken, Kadamjay district. The document, signed by the Kadamjay District Administration and the Tourism Department of Fergana region, aims to strengthen collaboration in tourism, culture, and entrepreneurship, while promoting cultural heritage and cross-border tourism.

Key areas of cooperation include developing joint tourism routes and infrastructure, supporting cultural events, organizing educational exchanges, encouraging youth initiatives, and strengthening ties between local authorities and tourism institutions.
Local entrepreneur Alina Isakova noted that the festival and forum opened new business opportunities, expanded markets, and helped establish partnerships with entrepreneurs from other regions.
The investment forum took place within the international cultural festival “National Spirit – Global Heights,” dedicated to the 26th anniversary of Batken region and organized as part of the district’s Social and Economic Development Programem (SEDP). More than 400 participants attended, including government officials, local authorities, youth and women’s organizations, and young entrepreneurs from Fergana.

The festival featured traditional cuisine, handicraft exhibitions, a local business fair, cultural performances, sports activities, a scientific-practical conference, and the investment forum – all contributing to the region’s tourism potential and investment appeal.
