On 27-28 January, 2023, in Bokhtar (Khatlon region), a training is conducted for representatives of civil society organizations on the development of public information campaign on targeted social assistance (TSA) in Tajikistan.
This training is being conducted by ACTED in collaboration with Public Organization “Jahon” with the aim to enhance the capacity of civil society organisations to design and implement awareness raising campaigns in their areas of operation among the target groups.
This training will help participants to understand how to deliver information campaign how to use creative approach to deliver information campaigns successfully and increase access to information about TSA among the citizens in close cooperation with the social protection authorities of the country.
The representatives of CSOs will consider the possibilities of using the information campaign in different areas and at different levels, in accordance with the type of activity of the participants; improve the ability to use public information campaigns to raise awareness among vulnerable groups; undergo a workshop on drafting project proposals for information campaigns on TSA among the population.
This event was possible by the financial aid from UK in Tajikistan (UK in Tajikistan) within its Effective Governance for Economic Development (#EGED) Programme implemented by ACTED Tajikistan in collaboration with World Bank Tajikistan (World Bank Tajikistan).
