Through hands-on exercises and simulations, they learned how to transform complex policy information into clear, citizen-friendly messages, prepare engaging multimedia content, and communicate reforms in a transparent and accessible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By strengthening the communication capacity of government press services, the training contributes to more transparent public institutions, better-informed citizens, and greater public trust in reforms.
