A total of 45 participants (24 women and 21 men) improved their skills in business planning, financial management, project budgeting, and investment planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, participants prepared 17 draft grant applications focused on expanding small businesses, developing agricultural processing, increasing local production, and creating employment opportunities.
