EGED Programme Annual Conference<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 24-25 September 2025, Dushanbe hosted the third international Data for Policy Action Regional Conference<\/em>, organized under the UK-funded Effective Governance for Economic Development (EGED) Programme<\/em>. The event brought together more than 150 participants from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, including senior government officials, policy experts, civil society representatives, and international partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference explored how data, research, and evidence-based policymaking can drive equitable and inclusive economic growth across Central Asia. Discussions highlighted practical examples where EGED-supported reforms have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
