The largest investment project was the construction of the Osh\u2013Batken\u2013Razzakov international highway, totaling <strong>1,240,500,000 KGS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of <strong>1,466 jobs<\/strong> were created under the SEDP, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>456 permanent<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>161 seasonal<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>849 temporary<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The majority of new jobs were generated in construction (463), wholesale and retail trade (467), and manufacturing (172).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/04112025-11-04_\u041d\u043e\u043e\u043a\u0430\u0442_\u0417\u0430\u0441\u0435\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435_\u041a\u0421_3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1875\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/04112025-11-04_\u041d\u043e\u043e\u043a\u0430\u0442_\u0417\u0430\u0441\u0435\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435_\u041a\u0421_3.jpeg 1020w, https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/04112025-11-04_\u041d\u043e\u043e\u043a\u0430\u0442_\u0417\u0430\u0441\u0435\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435_\u041a\u0421_3-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourism remains a priority area within the SEDP. The DSA prepared a presentation for international donors aimed at developing modern recreational facilities in the Karakoy Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the discussion, participants proposed several initiatives, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reconsidering the status of land plots near recreational zones or encouraging private owners to improve infrastructure;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>establishing sectoral committees under the Coordination Council to monitor SEDP implementation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opting for traditional eco-houses instead of European-style cottages in Karakoy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>building an ethnographic museum to preserve cultural heritage;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organizing experience-sharing visits with other regions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creating workshops and small enterprises to support employment for young women and girls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promoting municipal\u2013private enterprises in rural municipalities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>initiating the development of an industrial zone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opening fruit and vegetable processing enterprises, including grant-funded projects supported by the People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Council members also proposed producing and distributing informational brochures on SEDP progress and achievements to ensure greater transparency and public awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/04112025-11-04_\u041d\u043e\u043e\u043a\u0430\u0442_\u0417\u0430\u0441\u0435\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435_\u041a\u0421_1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1873\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/04112025-11-04_\u041d\u043e\u043e\u043a\u0430\u0442_\u0417\u0430\u0441\u0435\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435_\u041a\u0421_1.jpeg 960w, https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/04112025-11-04_\u041d\u043e\u043e\u043a\u0430\u0442_\u0417\u0430\u0441\u0435\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435_\u041a\u0421_1-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 4 November 2025, the Coordination Council of Nookat District held a meeting at the District State Administration (DSA) to review progress in implementing the district\u2019s Socio-Economic Development Programme (SEDP).
