The discussion centered on ways to increase the investment attractiveness of districts and address administrative and infrastructural barriers to sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/eged-ca.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/21102025.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1859\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>District representatives emphasized the need to update their Social and Economic Development Programmes (SEDPs), ensure timely responses from local authorities to new investment opportunities, and involve the right specialists in training events. Business representatives also noted challenges, such as being allocated land plots in locations unsuitable for project development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During group exercises, participants identified district specializations, available resources, risks, solutions, and the roles of key stakeholders.
